The purification of compressed air improves the operational reliability of the pneumatic system and extends life. The XOU FR.L is composed by an XOFR filter regulator and an XOL type lubricator. These elements can be ordered separately. The filter can filter liquid oil, water and impurities. For special applications, The 5μm filter element is easily replaced with 40μm standard filter element. Even if the input pressure and compressed air consumption cause system fluctuations, the regulator ensures the working pressure is stable. The lubricator can evenly spray oil into the filtered air. The amount of oil mist is proportional to the air flow rate, and the gas can be keep adding.The amount of oil can be adjusted by screw, usually 1-12 drops per 1000 L is enough.
