Products

Pneumatic cylinder

We professionally manufacture pneumatic cylinder more than 20 years. Air cylinder is from bore 6mm to bore 320mm, include compact cylinder, mini cylinder, square cylinder, needle cylinder, guided cylinder, pen cylinder, rotary cylinder, and air gripper etc. The cylinder covers of the cylinder are cast by high tonnage casting machines and processed by imported CNC machine .We can also make customize special cylinder based on the drawings.

Valves

PNEUTEC has many series 5/2 ,5/3,3/2 directional valves ,including directional solenoid valve , air control valve ,hand pull/push valve ,foot valve, rotary valve, mechanical valve, NAMUR valve, and accessory valves . The material can be aluminium, brass, stainless steel and engineer plastic. The key seals imported from Japan which ensures long service life and better anti-friction. Valve body is processed by high precision CNC center, ensuring accurate concentricity with best fuction. 

Air source treatment unit

Air source treatment is combined by three components. They are filter, regulator and lubricator. So that we also call it as F.R.L.  Filter is used to filter out impurities in the air. The filtered air becomes clean and dry. The regulator is used to maintain the stable pressured clean air to the systems . And the lubricator is used to lubricate the clean, stable pressured air. Top level aluminum body, high strength and light weight. Balanced the structure for regulator with high precision.
We produce different standards of air source treatment unit in different series. Some air units can also be with auto drain. We are a special factory in this area, our products have been approved in domestic and abroad.
